- Coach field teams and coordinate teacher learning communities.
- Track participation, implementation fidelity, and learner outcomes.

- Programme management experience in K–12 education.
- Understanding of inquiry-based STEM and teacher development.
- Comfort with data, field travel, and senior stakeholder communication.
